A scale at our veterinary emergency center was unfortunately dropped and the display broke.
The brand and model of the scale: SR Scales SRV930
My knowledge around LCD display is very basic for the moment.
Is there a way to find a replacement display with this picture:

Although we do carry LCD displays, we would need to know the physical dimensions and pinouts in order to suggest a part that may work. I did try to research this model using the numbers in the picture, however I was unable to find a specific part. This may be a proprietary part from the manufacturer of the scale. If you are able to get a hold of the schematic and pinout of the part, a replacement may be found in the following list.

On the list that was provided there is nothing this size. I can say it is going to be very hard to find a display that would work without having a data sheet and schematic. I do not find anything with the information provided .
The SR Scales SRV930 user manual says:
DISPLAY TYPE 1.0” LCD display with 4 ½ active digits
I could not find any 4.5 digit, 1" / 25.4mm tall digit, SIP LCDs available as a standard product from any supplier.
Not too surprising since it’s usually economical for a manufacturer to buy a custom LCD in quantities as small as 1000pcs and most 4 digits+ LCDs are DIP not SIP.
