Hi all,
as per subject, since I must change pre drivers and drivers in my audio Amplifier Technics SUV505, I’m looking for their possible substitutes. Not quiet sure, I’m thinking on MJE15031G and 032 for drivers whilst 2N5401 and 2n5551 for predrivers. Can someone help me to figure it out? Appreciate any suggestion and any other variant. Vincenzo

Thank you Jeff. I’m not so much experienced but checking the datasheet of 2SC4382/2SA1667 looks like ft too low comparing with that of 2SA1112/2SC2592. On the other hand 2N5401/2N5551 on 2SA1123/2SC2631 seems to be ok whereas my only doubt lies on the Pd value. I just forgot to mention in my initial post I’m also replacing the output stage (2SA1265/2SC3182) with Toshiba 2SA1943/2SC5200 (already bought from you). Thanks again.
