Suitable alternatives for Toshiba Diodes/Transistor

Greetings

I was directed here to ask for some suitable alternatives for the following components:

Toshiba diodes 1S2461, 05Z6.2Y

Toshiba transistor 2SC2229Y

They were pulled from a CRT monitor chassis.

For the Toshiba diodes 05Z6.2Y:

For the Toshiba transistor 2SC2229Y, the following are the nearest I could find, but the specs are not the same, and the body is physically different, so no guarantees that they would work as a replacement in the same circuit:

Here are my recommendations:

1S2461 (diode) → BAV19TR (onsemi), DigiKey part BAV19TRCT-ND, DO-35, 120V/200mA – close match on voltage and package.

05Z6.2Y (6.2V zener) → 1N5234C (onsemi), DigiKey part 1N5234C-ND, DO-35, 6.2V ±2%, 500mW – closest match available.

2SC2229Y (NPN transistor) → 2SC2705 (EVVO), DigiKey part 5272-2SC2705-ND, TO-92, 150V/50mA/800mW – close match, collector-base voltage rating is a bit lower (150V vs. 200V).

Please review the datasheets for each of these prior to purchase to confirm they’ll work for your specific application
