Can you please confirm the thickness of Murata part 935152783522-T3N (silicon capacitor 0.022µF/30V/0201 (0603 metric), DigiKey part 490-935152783522-T3NTR-ND)? According to the Murata website and the datasheet on the DigiKey site, this part is 100um thick. According to Digikey it is 0.44mm.
