This chip charging controller 489901a4

On schematic says RAA489900, WLCSP, SCH symbol, 353S02432, cannot find at DigiKey but found at other places as 489900a4 or 489901a5, the actual board part is a 489901a4 which does not seem to exist, which one should I replace with? Also how do I identify a chip with S4 on it, listed in schematic as 311500362, SN74LVC1G17, X2SON, also in charging/battery circuit on 3113 macbook
