TI purchases the FPGA from Xilinx

When your Texas Instruments FPGA arrives, you may see a Xilinx marking on the surface of the device, such as the DLPC910ZYR. This is a Xilinx Virtex-5.

This is because TI purchased the FPGA from Xilinx and loads the DLP onto the IC. On the datasheet, you can see a statement - “Refer to the XC5VLX30 product specifications at www.xilinx.com for complete thermal specifications” on TI’s datasheet: DLPC910 Digital DMD Controller
