TLP666JF is an Opto-Isolator made by Toshiba Semiconductor that is coupled to a triac-output photocoupler featuring a zero-cross voltage with a 6-pin DIP design. I used the following specifications to find a cross:
| Voltage Isolation | Voltage Off-State | Current LED Trigger | Holding Current | Package |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5000Vrms | 600V | 50mA | 0.6mA | 6-Pin DIP |
The ratings can be found in the datasheet below.

Alternate Details
I would take a look our part number 58-MOC3040X-ND (MOC3040X) made by Isocom Components. The relevant ratings are listed below:
- Voltage Isolation: 7500Vpk
- Voltage Off-State: 400V
- Current LED Trigger: 30mA
- Holding Current: 400uA
- Package: 6-DIP (0.3", 7.62mm)
Take precaution if your application can exceed 400V as this has a lower Off-State voltage.
