Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I searched this part and it’s not listed in our system. I also checked for a possible alternate and wasn’t able to find one to offer.

This new DigiKey product is a potential substitute:

Note that the reverse voltage is 5 VDC less than my understanding of the TPA4050S-2-YA-B. This may or may not impact your circuit.

Kindly share more about your application, as I’m curious where this form factor is used.
