The part number mentioned doesn’t seem to be fetching results from the usual sources, so we’ll not likely be able to provide you with any information about it. There are likely markings or information in the manual for the equipment that is being powered which could aid selection of a replacement, and some factors such as output connector size which can be directly measured.

One common question that is asked of Techs at Digi-Key is to trying to verify the correct replacement wall mount AC to DC power supply. The difficult specification to find on many of these power supplies is what size if the inner diameter of the plug / connector.
