Is there a UL 1061 cert available?

I am not seeing that there is a certification or the UL file number listed.
I will submit an inquiry to see if the manufacturer can supply that information.

I was given the below PDF for the requested certification.
The manufacturer also indicates, “The UL file number is also printed on the wire jacket.”
