I am trying to find the datasheet for a Silan mosfet number: SVF4N35F installed in an SMPS powering a Mackie ProFX12v2 mixer which has failed. I can’t find any information about this mosfet even on Silan’s website, I could really do with the datasheet so I can find it’s equivalent or better an upgrade.
Any help would be appreciated.

I was not able to find a data sheet for that exact part, however I was able to find this part breakdown for that series.
Looking at our options part IRFI740GLCPBF-ND appears to be the closest option we have.
