We currently have a failed S3M40KX for one of our hospitals in Addis Ethiopia.
The suspected faulty part is a PCB card P/N A30336400G1.
Could you kindly advice on availability of the same?

The UPS in question is offered as a finished-goods product. The manufacturer does not offer internal sub-assemblies/circuit boards separately as a commercial item.
I would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for support/warranty service.
