Value readout from Capacitance to Digital Converter on a computer

Hi,
I’m designing a Micro-electromechanical system (MEMS), and I will place a capacitance to digital converter in the circuit to measure the capacitance change in a strain sensor and convert it into digital value.

My goal is to readout the change in capacitance on a computer, so does anyone know how should I connect the converter to a computer and what software should I use to readout the value?

The capacitance to digital converter i will be using is possibly https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/analog-devices-inc/AD7747ARUZ/807741 or similar.
