Viewing Angle and 'TOP' of the display(12 O'clock)

What is regarded as the ‘top’ of this display. Does this depend on which set of 16 connector pads are used and does this affect the 6.00 optimal viewing angle? Sorry if the question seems silly, I’m new to using these displays.
