Which wall power supplier is best for this board?

Part number STM32F769I-DISCO does not include a power supply.
The power supply options that can be used to power this board can vary depending on the approach. Looking at the datasheet you power it through different USB connection options or through using POE.
Page 16 of the datasheet goes over the setup for the type of power supply that you go with.
