Will this washer work for a typical TO-220 transistor
This one will not work for a TO-220 package.

Thanks Karl. I’m looking for the insulation washer that goes through the hole of a TO-220 transistor and fastens to the heatsink using an #4 screw.
Items of the type appear to be mostly found here, in the hardware & fasteners aisle.
Please do check that the dimensions are suitable to your particular task.
If one picks an example TO220 package drawing, the.145 nominal shoulder OD of the washer in question looks to land mid-spec of the hole size, so depending on tolerances stack up a person might find that fit either fall-out loose or or an interference fit. Perhaps not ideal.
Clearance to the plastic body is achieved with a major diameter of the shoulder washer of .274 or less, which the item in question fits.
Barrel length of .046±.007 will also either clear or interfere depending on stackup with the tab tolerance thickness.
Whether or not these factors are acceptable for your purposes is a thing you’d have to decide on.
