We tried using SHT4X smart gadget to read the sensor SHT41-AD1B that was mounted on part as shown in the image below. The onboard sensor was removed. The display only showed 3.0 and 0.1 instead of actual RH and Temp. what could be the causes for that? what do 3.0 and 0.1 mean?
It turned out it was due to the malfunctioned gadget. After we connected the part with sensor to a new SHT4X smart gadget, it worked as expected. Thanks
