Does this item come with mounting hardware or is that sold separately?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
The 0348900000 busbar, is just the 3mm X 10mm X 1 meter busbar, with no hardware. This will work with the SAK, W adn Z series terminal blocks.
The hardware will have to be ordered separately, and will be determined by what you are using the busbar for.
