What is the difference between Vishay PLZ10C-HG3 and PLZ10C-HG3_A/H

What is the difference between Vishay PLZ10C-HG3 and PLZ10C-HG3_A/H. Page 1 of the datasheet simply refers to both but am unable to find what the _A/H suffix denotes.

The part per the datasheet the A - AEC-Q101 qualified available/ H - Halogen Free
