Does this encoder come with the wire harness or is that purchased separately?

The below was what I had found.
“The kit includes 9 sleeve options ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm, two simple mounting tools, and two baseplates with multiple pre-drilled mounting hole patterns to mate with a wide range of motors.”
