Where is my order, waiting 2 weeks

I dont care if my question doesnt fit into this part of the forum. I’m trying to get in contact with you DigiKey but NO reponse at all. Also sent a message to you on linkedin.

I payed for the order, sent support mails and called, NOTHING in response. Wtf is happening???

I ask you to contact me NOW.
You scammed me for almost €200.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with your order. Our customer and order support representatives don’t have the ability to reply in the TechForum unfortunately.

I spoke with one of them on your behalf and they looked into your order.
They inform the following:

Payments are processed in the order they are received. Due to an unusually high order load, it is taking our accounting teams a couple of weeks to process orders. Our orders team is checking with Accounting to have the payment verified. Once the payment is applied to the order, the order will be shipped immediately. Please accept our apologies for this long delay.

Thank you for confirming that my payment for order # has been received.

To inform you, in my most recent attempt to get help, I also included both the UK and US offices in the support email. I truly hope that step was unnecessary – but unfortunately, it was the only way to get a response. This kind of issue consumes unnecessary resources on both sides, and could have been avoided with a simple update.

I fully understand that delays can occur - especially during periods of high order volume - and I have no problem with that as long as there is clear communication.

However, it is unacceptable that I had to:

  • Email support multiple times (with no reply since June 17),

  • Call customer service (who promised to check and never followed up),

  • Post in public forums and LinkedIn to get a response.

Receiving no update at all for over two weeks after a payment according to the instructions in the proforma invoice is not just inconvenient, it undermines trust.

Please ensure this feedback reaches management.

I still wish to proceed with the order and I trust it will be shipped when your team has the capacity. However, I hope future customers will not need to take the same route just to receive a basic update.
