It shows that there are 700 items in stock, so I added 200 to the cart, but why don’t they appear in the cart?

The item in question is a marketplace product, which is shipped by a 3rd party. Many such suppliers are not equipped to ship to all the international destinations served by DigiKey directly, so the most likely reason for being unable to add them to a cart is that the selected transaction currency, shipping address, or other order information is such that the supplier would be unable to fulfill the order.
