The item in question has 1,300 items in stock yet I can not add it to a cart. It says “Due to temporary constrained supply, DigiKey is unable to accept backorders at this time.” If there is still remaining stock left, I do not see why this would be an issue.

Unfortunately I am not sure why there is not an option to purchase this through our website currently, but I believe our sales team will be able to answer this at 1-800-344-4539.
You should be able to order the part online now. You will have to add the parts to your cart manually and price break is at 100pcs.
