I can't add a component to my cart

I am trying to buy some connectors and when I try to add them to my cart, it simply shows me an empty cart! I have checked the items are in stock! when I tried adding it manually to the cart it shows me a message:
Due to restrictions, we are unable to add this item to your order.
I have been able to add other components with no problem.

The items are:
TFC-106-01-F-D-RA
TSW-102-08-L-S-RA

I am trying to make the purchase on behalf of my university located in Qatar.
Can you help me resolve this issue?

The “Due to restrictions…” message appears when an item is unable to be sold for some reason, such as export controls, supplier restrictions, currency or logistics-related issues, etc. The items in question are currently prohibited from shipping to Qatar, which is likely why you’re encountering that message.
