Restricting purchase of components that "Can ship immediatly"

Both of these are Microchip products. The DigiKey website indicates these parts are in stock and available immediately, however, when I try to add to my Cart, there is a message that indicates restrictions do not allow these to be ordered.

Please explain what is going on.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
I do not see any restriction listed on our website.
Any restrictions would have to be checked with our Sales Department.
You can call them at 1-800-344-4539, or email them at orders@digikey.com .
They should be able to tell you why they are restricted.
