My project aims to do vibration/heat diagnostics on two highly volatile manufacturing lines.
The general requirements are low-power wireless sensors with cheap replaceable batteries, that can transmit the sensor data using BLE 5.0, to our Cassia X2000 Bluetooth Gateway.
Line 1 - Heat set line. Measures heat pump motor, that can reach 250 F. Sensor needs to safely read temp/vibration and send
Line 2 - Industrial AC fan using sprayed water. Needs to be survive high humidly environment. Stays at about 60 F year round.
Does anyone have a sensor solution to my problem?
