With ceramic capacitors there are typically no identifiable part markings available to determine the specs for a replacement. You will need a schematic to be able to know what an acceptable replacement part would work.

Can’t say how I know but if this is Reference Designator C61 I think this is probably a 10uF 25V X5R 0603 size package.

I took off the adjacent cap and I can confirm it’s 10uf.

I also found schematics online but I don’t have enough experience to use it to identify the cap.

Would it work to turn on the console with the faulty cap removed and check voltage? Or are you certain it’s 25v or will it damage the console if voltage is too high?

According to the Schematic I found C61 is 25V.
