I would like to know the temperature range of the XBT-3535-UV-A130-CD270 LED.
Does anyone know if this LED can work at -50°C

That product does not appear to have been qualified by the manufacturer for operation at such low temperatures. This does not necessarily mean that the device will not function under those conditions, but rather that its behavior and reliability have not been evaluated and are not warranted for such use.
