Please note that “Bulk” indicates that parts ship in a loose and unorganized manner that is suitable only for manual handling, rather than (for example) on a standardized “Tray” or “Tape & Reel” format designed to facilitate automated handling and placement. The term has no bearing whatsoever on quantity or unit of sale.
In general all pricing is by the unit unless indicated otherwise: order 1 capacitor, get 1 capacitor. The “manufacturer’s standard package” pointed out above shows the number of units per package as supplied by the manufacturer to DigiKey.
