I’m working on a power distribution board, long story short we are blowing fuse on this board every 6 months and I would like to take the 500 mil amp slow blow fuse out and put a resettable breaker with 500 mil amp in.
Is that possible?

Putting in a resettable breaker should work just fine. The only thing I would say to keep in mind is response time of the breaker versus the current response time of the fuse. Most of the datasheets for those breakers should list the response time. Aside from that it should just be a matter of finding one that matches the rest of the ratings for your circuit and finding enough room to mount it.
