It is common to have two different SIM network vendors such like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Tele2, or Truphone with a dual SIM device, for network redundancy in case one network goes down.
If there are issues when activating dual SIM plans with a dual SIM device through the DK portal using only one IMEI for both SIMs, one should contact support@revxsystems.com with their account number and provide them with the information. RevX will allow using the same IMEI for both SIMs but they have to set it up manually.
