A possible alternate for the capacitor, is 283-EFDKA55K177F064DH-ND.
The picture shows 2 leads, but it will have the 4 leads, with the pin spacing of 52.5mm in one direction, and 20.3mm in the other.

A possible alternate for the DC/DC converter, is 4457-LCD30-48S24W-ND.

Please check the datasheets for compatibility to your application.
