this mosfet is obsolete having investigate substitutes, would you check these as substitutes: STP9nk50zfp or stp9nk50z.
There seems to be a mistake on zfp having 7 amp rating and .89 ohms would produce about 45watts but dissipate 30 watts?
The ratings (all) of 50Z exceed those of obsolete part?
I found no topic on this obsolete Mosfet under this Forum. The directs want to sell to many!
