Contacting the Supplier is the only way you will be able to get access. Hopefully this form will help.

This may not be what you’re looking for, but have you taken a look at the available documents here, and in particular the AS7056_57_EVK_UG001039_1-00 ?
That document covers a lot of detailed info on the AS7057.
Likewise for the AS5708, this page looks like a good source for information. In particular, again, the AS7058_EVK_UG001052 looks useful.
Also, there are a few evaluation kits which might help with the evaluation/development process for these biosensor devices.
