AS3933 antenna tuning

Hello everyone!
I hope someone tried AS3933 in their projects to help me.
I use internal RC to generate frequency. (XIN t0 VCC)
And I use R16 <2…0> to tune the antenna with internal capacitors. And it never works. There are no signals on the DAT. I can see the RC frequency on CL_DAT, but the RC tuning based on the LC1 circuit and the Calib_RCO_LC command also does not work. This can be seen by status in R14. I tried everything I could, but no configuration had any effect.
If someone knows what the problem is, please tell me.
