B20 Marking part, SDI Splitter.please help to identify

Hello,
Found this part, to my knowledge it is used to passively split an SDI video signal. Can’t find any information online regarding values, manufacture, pricing or where to source it from.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone help with this? There might be markings on the gray piece that looks like an E core, but I can’t decipher them.

Looks a bit like a balun to me, but scanning our offerings showed nothing matching the form-factor.

Looks to be a Balun. This is a pre-filtered search with all of our Normally Stocking, 5-terminal Baluns; https://www.digikey.com/short/zrdnv8

I tried searching different places for B20 Balun, but didn’t find any solid hints to help reverse engineer its’ specs.
