Hi all hopefully I can get some help here identifying this 4-pin surface mounted component. It appears to be a Fairchild component with the numbers 2705 and 519R. I think it’s an integrated rectifier but could be something else as wellThe board is a soft starter for residential AC. The component has 110 to 220V input and appears to be directly downstream of a step down transformer. The component is approximately 3.5mm in width/length plus legs.
.Thank you for contacting DigiKey , sorry I am not finding any info with the part markings on that part .
Thanks Craig
Quite possibly an optoisolator.
You are spot on. Based on the datasheet and component markings the 2705 is the component designation and 519R is the date code.
Huge thank you.
I have another component identification code request I will post shortly.
Ok, thanks again for identifying my first component.
Below is my second ID question. I think it’s a 2N80 MOSFET but there are several options by different manufacturers. I am hoping to get as close as possible to original. I butchered the gate and source pins but both are surface mount if that helps.
Also I believe the markings are as follows:
INOIAX (“I” could be a 1, and O can be a zero)
FOD
2N80
There seems to be a logo in the top left that says “ON”.
Looking forward to what y’all think.
