A close cross you can look at is our part number 497-2432-5-ND (BTB24-600BRG) made by ST Microelectronics. The relevant ratings are below:
- Voltage Off State (max): 600V
- Current On State (max): 25A
- Voltage Gate Trigger (max): 1.3V
- Current Gate Trigger (max): 50mA

It does have a narrower gate trigger, which is something that should be considered in the design phase, but the rest of the ratings are higher.
