We do not have them. To get them through DigiKey there is a large minimum quantity requirement.
The AOZ5316UQI is in stock.
So far, I have not been able to identify any difference between the “UQI” and the “NQI” suffixes, though there must be some difference to justify a slightly different part number.
The pin-outs are the same and the first 5 pages of the datasheet are the same. I’ll keep looking to ID the difference.

Page 9 - Input Control Truth Table shows significant differences in the controls of these parts. I’m not sure they’d be compatible.

The differences are in how the low and high side gates (GH and GL) are driven depending on the previous and current state of the PWM pin. These are controlled by software of an external device on the circuit board.
These are subtle differences in behavior which may make a difference in behavior on your board. Therefore, unless one can modify that software to account for these differences, you probably can not use the AOZ5316UQI in place of the AOZ5316NQI
