Hiya i need a little help before i order the right mosfet, i am sending you a picture of the mosfet and a picture of where it is on the motherboard so hopefully you will able to identify which one it is so i can order the right one from you, the code on the mosfet says PQB04
laptop: HP OMEN 15-DH1005NA
Motherboard: LA-J662P (N18E)
Mosfet code: PQB04
At first I assumed that it was CSD87350Q5D from TI. But it looks like it’s a customized IC or customized number.
Can i replace it with another similar mosfet?

It is a N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET PDFN 3x3P - PE636BA from NIKO-SEM & UNIKC Semi company.
Niko-Sem really doesn’t want anyone to know what footprint the PDFN 3x3P has.
Based on what I could find this part might work to replace it.
