Part identification / Mosfet N

hello I would like to have some help to identify these 2 components. 2 SOT63 package, one is marked P17 and F4 il the logic for me its a P channel mosfet with a GS resistor integrated of 43Kohm, driving a 18/24 volt signal. The other component is marked N08 and F6. for me a N channel mosfet with a GS resistor of 10Kohm. this component is drive directly with µP 3.3v Signal. the drain drive directly the first component without any additional resistors.

In that schematic i have selected 2 mosfet Q7/Q8 but their internal GS resistor is not matching and i add a 43K GS for Q8 and Q7 have a 100K.

Is somebody could help me to find the right ref ? or give me on direction.

thank you so much, after checking it could be the right parts that i need. may i ask you if you can help me to identify 3 more parts first one is a diode with 2BJ. second one is U5U Q4? and last one is M13E could be a 3.3 voltage regulator.

I’m not having any luck finding information on those three markings, unfortunately. Is there any possibility you know the specifications or have access to any kind of schematic?
