What type of junction block is this

I am sorry to inform you I was not able to ID the junction block.
I believe that sort of connector would be described as a barrier block with flange feature, single row, two position. (it looks like there are two such items in the installation pictured.)
I’m not finding a product that looks exactly like the one shown, but items of a similar character can be found here.
