Maybe somebody here has access to that model pedal and can check the dimensions for you.
If not you’ll need to measure the pedal to see if this knob will fit. (dimensions are on the product page)

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. DigiKey part 679-3545-ND is listed to fit a 1/4 inch shaft size and I don’t have information on the shaft size for the Boss RC300. As Paul mentioned you should measure the shaft to verify the diameter.
