A question regarding
PART: 116-M83513/04-F03N-ND
DESC: CABLE ASSY D-MIC-D 37P 457.2MM
It says 37P which normally indicates a pin. But the description says;
D-Sub Cable Assembly D-Type, Micro-D Multiple, Individual 1.50’ (457.20mm) Receptacle, Female Sockets to Individual Wire Leads
1st Connector Receptacle, Female Sockets
Female sockets not pins!!
Picture does show sockets too!
Hello steve.whatmough and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
It appears that the description of 37P is in reference to the 37 positions.
This can be confirmed by viewing the manufacturers page or page 49 of the datasheet, where it shows that the commercial part number would be DCCM37S6K7-18.0BN.
I will try to check but this reference given is not the part I am looking to confirm? Can I/should I use a reference from another connector. Risk is that it is a different item?
