The GC160A12‑AD1 charger does not include the additional wire assembly shown in your photo.
The GC160A12‑AD1 has a built‑in 4 ft output cable with an Anderson connector.

No, the AC power cord is not included with the GC160A12‑AD1.
The unit uses a standard IEC320‑C14 AC inlet, so a matching AC cable must be purchased separately.
