Welcome to the TechForum the part is not in our system. I think it is a proprietary part the fog machine manufacturer has worked with the manufacturer to fill their bill of materials. At this time, I cannot identify the part.

It appears this is from a line of decoder IC’s (2272 decoder/2262 encoder) made by both Silvan Chip & Princeton Technology Corp. These are the type of IC’s you’re only likely to find via AliExpress or one of the other Chinese electronics parts sites.
