Hello wangmengj,
In checking this particular connector, it looks to be part number 6098-4595 from Sumitomo Wiring Systems. Unfortunately, we do not carry the Wiring Systems division of Sumitomo nor do we have anything that would cross this connector. The closest housing I was able to find was 670-MX84B020SF1-ND, however according to the drawing of the 6098-4595 (attached HERE) the row spacing is going to be different.
Because we do not carry the Sumitomo part, I cannot advise on how the locking mechanism works per say, however typically you have to use leverage on the ramps in order to release them. In regards to the removal of pins and sockets, typically when it is possible you will need to use an insertion/extraction tool to remove the contacts. Although I could not find an insertion/extraction tool specifically for the 6098-4595, you can see an example of what an extraction tool looks like by checking out the following by JAE.

May i ask one more thing? What tool can be used to de pin this female connector?
Thanks again!

wangmengj,
Although there was no extraction tool listed for the specific connector you provided pictures of, typically an extractor tool will work to remove both the pins and the sockets. For more options click the link below:
Additionally, you may be interested in learning a bit more about them in our Product Selection Guide HERE.
Thank you,
