Can this product receive signals form an ANT+ compatible wheel speed sensor designed to interface with a gamin bike computer?

The Datasheet says the NRF52-DK is a transceiver, and it supports Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth 5), ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary protocl stacks. So if you are communicating with those protocols, it should be able to work.
Maybe if one of the engineers are familiar with this device, they can give a more informative answer.
To answer your question definitively the answer is Yes, it supports ANT+.
