Capacitor and Diode Identification (Car Audio)

Hey all, trying to identify these components. 1st pic I believe is a diode but I cannot find any specifics on it even with reverse image searching. Text on diode is N54 JX, but what I think is an N wraps on the underside and I cant confirm. 2nd pic, closest I found is EEE-FC1V221P from Panasonic. This is for a car amplifier, ideally I would like to find identical to the existing capacitors on there, unless it wont make much of a difference. Amp technically still is functional in this state however it’s not wanting to output a clean signal without distortion and clipping.
