I’d assume MP means it’s a metalized polyester film capacitor given the other values.
Here’s an in stock part that should work if it fits in the foot pedal.

it has the correct lead spacing… thoughts?
Should work fine, the electrical differences between metalized polypropylene and polyester are usually only important in high precision applications and audio gear.
